About This Session

Lunch (included in person) while a live dashboard gets built from raw business data — QuickBooks, a job system, spreadsheets — in real time. Leave knowing which weekly questions you'd wire up first.

What We'll Cover

  • From raw exports to live metrics in under an hour
  • The five weekly questions every owner asks — answered on one screen
  • What this replaces: the Friday re-keying ritual

Who Should Attend

Everyone — lunch is included for in-person attendees, and the demonstration runs while you eat. It's built for anyone who has ever re-keyed numbers from QuickBooks, a job system, and three spreadsheets into a Friday report and wondered if there's a better way.

Part of a Full Day of Hands-On AI Training

This workshop is one of 20 at the AI Business Retreat — a one-day, hands-on AI training for business at The Island in Spooner, Wisconsin, within driving distance of Minneapolis–St. Paul, Eau Claire, La Crosse, Duluth, and Hudson. Can't make the drive? Every session, including this one, streams live for remote attendees.

Working Lunch: Live Dashboard Build — Questions & Answers

Yes — the working lunch is included with in-person registration ($495 through August 31, 2026, then $995). Remote attendees join the same live demonstration over the stream. During lunch, a live business dashboard gets built in real time from raw data exports, so the break doubles as one of the day's most talked-about sessions.
A live operational dashboard, built from scratch out of QuickBooks-style ledger exports, a job system, and spreadsheets — the same shape of data most small businesses run on. By the end of lunch you'll have a shortlist of the weekly questions you'd wire up first in your own business.
